  • How many cars can be parked?
    Up to 4 cars can be parked. We also have chargers for EV cars. *Please bring your own EV charging cable.
  • Do you provide sauces and seasoning?
    All basic condiments are provided. Specifically, please check the following. Cumin, Japanese pepper, oregano, basil, black pepper, salt, cooking salt, cooking sugar, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, cooking sake, olive oil, sesame oil, white soup stock, oyster sauce, lemon juice, yakiniku sauce, soy sauce , ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, tabasco, maple syrup, ginger, garlic, wasabi.
  • Are cooking utensils available?
    We have prepared plates, forks, knives, and chopsticks for the number of people. In addition, general cooking utensils such as frying pans and pots, an oven, and a BBQ grill are also available.
  • Are there hotel provided clothes?
    We provide original room wear that can be used in the hotel, as well as custom designed ponchos to wear after sauna.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Please use the balcony space or bonfire pit area to smoke. Ashtrays are provided on the balcony.
  • Is there free WiFi?
    Free Wi-Fi is available on the premises.
  • Is there a TV?
    Terrestrial broadcasting cannot be viewed, but a 4K gaming projector is provided. You can watch Hulu, Youtube, AMAZON PRIME, and Disney+. In addition, USB and HDMI can be connected to the projector.
  • Is the hotel barrier-free standardized?
    We are deeply sorry. This hotel is not designed to a barrier-free standard.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is from 14:30 to 20:00. We would appreciate it if you could contact us if you will be significantly delayed from the arrival time you informed us in advance. Check out is at 11:00.
  • Can we check-in at night?
    Check-in is generally until 20:00. If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please let us know your arrival time in advance. If we do not hear from you after 20:00, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • Do you provide transport?
    For customers arriving by train or highway bus, we will pick you up at Kawaguchiko Station. Please let us know your arrival time after informing us of your preference for the transport service.
  • Can we pay with a credit card?
    Credit cards can be used paying at the hotel. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB. In addition, for advance online payment, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB can be used and settled at checkout.
  • How many people can stay at norm. air?
    It can accommodate up to 8 people. *Children under the age of 5 stay for free and are not included in the number of guests.
  • Are pets allowed?

  • Do you provide food catering service?

  • Is breakfast provided?
    We offer a carefully selected breakfast using local ingredients. Please check the Food tab under Experience Menu.
  • Is there a convenience store nearby?
    There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance, so we recommend that you prepare in advance. In addition, selected wines are available as an option in the hotel.
